At Raceline we strive to provide you with the highest quality service, fastest delivery and competitive prices.
While we stock a vast majority of items in our warehouse, some items are special order only and can take slightly longer to arrive. Most of our supply base is in Europe and we have weekly deliveries so the normal lead time can be around 5-8 business days subject to stock availability, some items may take longer and we will contact you as soon as possible should there be any delays.

Shipping
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Default shipping for all orders is via Australia Post, with regular postage leadtimes of between 3-8 business days dependent upon your location. Express Post can be selected at checkout, with current leadtimes between 1-3 days in most circumstances. Auspost have not guarenteed overnight dleivery since co-vid restrictions were lifted. Expect delays across all postage services when any weather or natural disaster restrictions are in place.
Regular postage charge: $16.00 and express postage is $20.00, prices include GST.
For urgent delivery, a Courier serivce can be arranged for you. Due to the varied costs between each state and between size and weight of items purchased, please place your order using standard delivery options and email or call for a Courier shipping quote. Rates will be charged at the courier website prices. We will only charge what Australia Post /Courier charges us and we will forward the quote to you.
For large items such as seats, helmets, gear bags and multiple package deals, the predetermined post charges may not be sufficient, especially for express postage, so we request that customers request a quotation. Alternatively, we will contact you to arrange payment if any extra charges are incurred.
INTERNATIONAL
International shipment can be arranged and will be sent via Australia Post or DHL. Insurance is required for all international orders and will be provided as calculated by the shipping company website. Our website uses an estimated shipping calculation (rates will be charged at Austpost website prices).
All shipping at customers risk.
*Please note that multiple item orders may be split into separate shipments in the event that all items are not available.
Local Pick-Up
A local pick up option will appear upon checkout, when a Victorian shipping address is entered. Postage (either Regular or Express) needs to be added to the order first, then the local pick up option will appear when the Victorian address is entered.
Once local pick-up is selected, the postage cost will be removed from the order. We will contact you to arrange a pick up time and to provide the address, once your order is ready for collection. AH/weekend pick up is also available, via a secure locked box. Pick up is in Langwarrin 3910 Vic.
Exchange, Refunds & Returns Policy
We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct sizes when purchasing online. For this reason, we offer our customers a fourteen (14) day exchange or refund policy in the case of incorrect size selection or change of mind.
We also offer an appointment only service if customers wish to try on products before purhcase. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Goods may be returned for refund, credit, or exchange if they are returned to Raceline within fourteen (14) days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- Customer must contact us via email or phone call, to confirm your request for exchange or return and receive confirmation by email prior to returning any goods. Please Email us at sales@raceline-racewear.com.au and place “exchange + invoice number” in subject line.
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, unmarked and in original undamaged product packaging to obtain a full exchange, credit, or refund.
- Items are returned at Customer’s expense. (Customer to pay exchanged shipment costs i.e. Return shipping to Raceline, then back to Customer).
- Customer MUST include a prepaid post bag with sender’s name and address for return of exchanged goods. We will contact you if additional postage is required. If goods are boxed and cannot fit in a prepaid bag, Raceline will confirm costs to be paid by Customer.
- Include a copy of the invoice and exchange instructions (upsize, change of colour etc), order reference number and reason for return.
- Once you ship the goods back to our PO Box, please email, text, or call with tracking details.
- Items returned after fourteen (14) days of receipt of order, will incur a ten percent (10%) restocking charge, deducted from the refund amount, calculated on the individual product amount, not the entire order amount.
- Items returned without the original product packaging, will incur a ten dollar ($10) repackaging charge, deducted from the refund amount, calculated on the individual product amount, not the entire order amount.
- Special order items will only be refunded or exchanged at Raceline’s discretion and will incur a twenty percent (20%) restocking charge, deducted from the refund amount, calculated on the individual product amount, not the entire order amount.
- We are unable to accept responsibility for returns that are undelivered, so it is important that you retain the tracking details for your returned postage so that the selected carrier can investigate any delivery issues.
- THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON CLEARANCE ITEMS OR SPECIAL ORDER-IN ITEMS. We are able to measure items for you to assist with sizing, please call to talk with us if you have any questions regarding sizing or colour etc, we can send photos of the item if needed and we are happy to assist where we can, before you make your purchase.
- If an item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us asap. Raceline will endeavour to replace the item at our expense or arrange a credit note or refund as agreed to between customer and Raceline.
- Refunds will be paid back to customer as per the original payment method used, less any postage incurred if item was shipped., less any merchant fees incurred by Pay Pal, Afterpay etc. If order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be made to customer as per the original payment method used, less any merchant fees incurred by Pay Pal, Afterpay etc.
