Shipping, Exchange & Terms

Welcome to Raceline Motorsport Racewear.

At Raceline we strive to provide you with the highest quality service, fastest delivery and lowest prices.  Please note that our website is not a live site synchronised with our stock inventory system. 

While we stock the vast majority of items in our warehouse, some items are special order only and can take slightly longer to arrive.   Most of our supply base is in Europe and we have weekly deliveries so the normal lead time can be around 3-8 days subject to stock availability, some items may take longer and we will contact you as soon as possible should there be any delays.

Default shipping for all orders is via Australia Post, with regular postage leadtimes of between 3-8 business days dependant on your location.

For urgent delivery, Express Postage can be selected upon checkout for VIC, SA, ACT and NSW.  Due to the varied costs for WA, QLD and NT, please place your order using standard delivery options, and email through for an express shipping quote.  For QLD and WA we will often ship via Toll Priority overnight, so please advise if this is not your preference.  We will only charge what Australia Post  / Toll charges us.

For large items such as Seats, helmets & gear bags, the predetermined post charges may not be sufficient, so we request that customers request a quotation. Alternatively, we will contact you.



International shipment can be arrange, and will be sent via Australia Post.  Insurance is required for all international orders and will be provided as calculated by the AustPost website.  Our website uses an estimated shipping calculation, and for orders over 2KG, a quotation will be required - which we will provide. (rates will be charged at Austpost website prices).

All shipping at customers risk.


**Please note that multiple item orders may be split into separate shipments in the event that all items are not available.


Exchange & Returns Policy

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct sizes when purchasing online.  For this reason, we offer our customers a 7 day exchange policy in the case of incorrect size selection or change of mind. 

Goods may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions;

1. You must contact us to confirm your request for Exchange or return and receive confirmation by email prior to  returning any goods. Please Email us at info@raceline-racewear.com.au, and place "exchange + invoice number in subject line"

2. Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, unmarked and in original undamaged packaging in order to obtain a exchange, credit or refund.

3. Items are returned at customers expense. (Customer to pay exchanged shipment costs ie.  Return shipping to Raceline, then back to customer.)

4.  Customer MUST include a prepaid post bag with senders name and address for return of exhanged goods.  If goods are boxed, and cannot fit in prepaid bag, Raceline will confirm costs to be paid by Customer.

5. Include a copy of the invoice and exchange instructions (upsize, change of colour etc), order reference number and reason for return. 

6. Once you ship the goods back to our PO Box, please email with tracking details.

7.  If items are returned after 14 days of receipt order, you may be subject to a 10 percent restocking charge.

8.  We are unable to accept responsibility for returns that are undelivered, so it is important that you retain the tracking details for your returned postage so that the selected carrier can investigate any delivery issues.
